How a student uses the Passdesk portal

    Get invited

    School sends the invite from the workspace; student clicks the link, sets a password, and lands in the portal already linked to their package.

    Book a lesson

    They open the calendar, pick a slot the school has opened up, confirm. Their package balance updates and the school sees the booking.

  3. 3

    Track progress

    Between lessons, they see their rubric scores, test-ready %, theory mock results, and any practice routes the school has shared.

FAQ

Is the portal a separate app to download?

No — it’s a web app that works on any device. Add to home screen and it behaves like a native app, with offline-aware caching for the parts they use most.

Can I brand the portal to my school?

Yes on Pro, Team, and Scale tiers — set your colour, logo, and host the portal on a passdesk.co.uk/s/<your-school> public page. Student-facing screens pick up the brand cascade.

What happens when a student finishes their package?

They can buy another package directly from the portal, or talk to you. The historical rubric, theory, and route data stays with them — useful when they pass and recommend you to a friend.
