Open the schedule, switch to the instructor you want to book, or stay on the school view to pick whoever is free.

Click an empty slot or drag from an existing booking. Passdesk auto-fills the duration based on the package and warns you if anything conflicts.

Select the student. Their package balance updates instantly, and they get the booking on their portal.
